The Challenge
Fleet operators had no real-time visibility into vehicle location, fuel usage, or driver behavior as their fleet grew past a few hundred vehicles.
Existing tracking hardware produced data that nobody could act on without manually exporting and reviewing spreadsheets.
The Solution
Built a cross-platform Flutter app for iOS and Android with live GPS tracking, geofencing alerts, and driver-behavior scoring.
A Node.js telemetry service ingests device data over MQTT and streams it to both the app and a fleet-manager web dashboard.
Route optimization suggestions surface directly in-app based on historical and live traffic data.
