Discovery

3–5 days

Understand business model, goals, and audience to define the right digital strategy.

We run structured stakeholder interviews and pull apart your competitive landscape before anyone touches a design tool or a line of code. The goal is a written scope and a set of success metrics that both sides sign off on — so "done" has a clear, shared definition from day one, not something negotiated after the fact.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Competitive & market analysis
  • Scope & success metrics document
02

Wireframing

1–2 weeks

User research, pattern mapping, and information architecture into approved wireframes.

Before anything looks "finished," we map how people will actually move through the product — user flows, sitemap, and low-fidelity wireframes that make the structure easy to critique and cheap to change. Getting the architecture signed off here avoids expensive rework once high-fidelity design and development are underway.

  • User flows & sitemap
  • Low-fidelity wireframes
  • Information architecture sign-off
03

Design

2–3 weeks

High-fidelity UI in Figma, design systems, and interactive prototypes for sign-off.

The approved wireframes become real, high-fidelity screens in Figma, built on a documented design system rather than one-off pages — so new features later stay visually consistent without starting from scratch. You review an interactive prototype and sign off before a single line of production code is written.

  • High-fidelity UI kit
  • Interactive Figma prototype
  • Design system documentation
04

Build

4–12 weeks

Two-week sprints with continuous delivery, QA testing, and milestone demos.

Development runs in two-week sprints with a working build you can see at the end of each one — not a black box until launch day. Automated and manual QA run alongside development rather than after it, and every milestone demo is a chance to catch drift from the approved design early, while it's still cheap to fix.

  • Sprint-based development
  • Automated & manual QA
  • Staging environment demos

Launch

Ongoing

Production deployment, monitoring, retainer maintenance, and feature roadmap.

We handle production deployment and put monitoring in place so issues surface before your customers notice them. Launch isn't the end of the relationship — retainer support covers maintenance and performance tuning, and we leave you with a clear roadmap for what to build next.

  • Production deployment
  • Monitoring & performance tuning
  • Retainer support & roadmap planning
After Launch

PROJECT MAINTENANCE

Optional, for companies that want an ongoing partner rather than a one-off build — scoped to what you actually need, not bundled as a requirement.

Bug Fixes & Patches

Fast turnaround on anything that surfaces post-launch, so small issues don't sit unresolved.

Security & Dependency Updates

Frameworks, plugins, and dependencies kept current, patched, and secure on a regular schedule.

Performance Monitoring

Ongoing uptime and performance monitoring so problems get caught before your customers notice.

Feature Enhancements

Incremental improvements and new features added on a retainer basis as your needs evolve.

The Difference

WHAT SETS OUR PROCESS APART

Outcomes Over Hours Logged

We measure success by the business impact delivered — cost saved, time-to-market, conversion lift — not activity or billable hours.

Risk Management Built Into Delivery

Phased execution surfaces problems early and gives both sides room to adjust scope deliberately, instead of discovering issues at launch.

Full Transparency, Shared Accountability

You see the same progress, risks, and decisions we do — ownership is clear on both sides at every stage.

Practical, Business-First Technology

AI and modern tooling get used where they create measurable value inside your existing workflows, not bolted on for its own sake.
