1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ingenieros.pk (the "Site") and any services provided by Ingenieros ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Description of Services
Ingenieros provides digital marketing, web and mobile development, AI integration, enterprise ERP/HRM systems, UI/UX and graphic design, domain and web hosting, and graphic/video production services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful code. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Ingenieros or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Project Engagements
- Project scope, pricing, and payment schedules are defined per-project in a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract.
- Timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed at kickoff; delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may extend delivery dates.
- Revisions beyond the number agreed in the proposal may be billed separately.
- A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due per the agreed milestone or delivery schedule.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7–14 days) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current. We accept payment in PKR and USD via the methods listed on our invoices.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (source code, designs, and content created specifically for that project) transfers to the client, except for any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or proprietary components we use across multiple projects, which remain our property and are licensed to you for use within the delivered product. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client business information, credentials, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenieros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or hosting providers (for example, cloud hosting, payment gateways, or AI model providers). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or a project engagement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
