The client's off-the-shelf WooCommerce store couldn't handle inventory across three warehouses or support tiered pricing for B2B accounts.
Wholesale customers needed their own portals with negotiated pricing, separate from the public retail storefront.
The Solution
We built custom WooCommerce plugins for real-time multi-warehouse stock sync and automatic routing to the nearest warehouse with stock.
Dedicated B2B customer portals expose account-specific pricing, bulk ordering, and order history, layered on top of the same product catalog.
Custom checkout flows separate retail and wholesale purchase paths without duplicating the store.
