Each call follows a structured 20-minute format (welcome, learning, closure), with bilingual support for beginner levels and real-time adaptation based on how the learner responds.

Performance analytics and lesson-repetition logic track progress across sessions, so the system keeps learners moving only once they've actually met the proficiency bar for a lesson.
